Guide Bushing
Guide bush for mold and tool
PVB Solid Bronze Bushings provide alignment between mold halves, yet guide bushing do not gall the mating leader pins. An oil hole is provided for use when external lubrication is preferred. The graphite or PTFE insert adds lubricity and prevents grease migration to parting line.
PVB Guided Ejector Bushings are manufactured from a solid alloy bronze to eliminate galling to leader pins and outperform steel bushing. Graphite plugged bushings are also available. Contact us for details!
