Solid Bronze Bushing is CNC machined high precion bronze bushing which is  are durable, corrosion-resistant used to reduce friction between housing and shaft movements. Solid bronze bushing is typically used for high load, low speed applciation. They are made from various copper-based alloys, such as high tensile brass, tin bronze alloy, leaded bronze alloy, aluminum bronze alloy for improved lubricity and machinability.

Bronze Bearing Types

• Cylindrical Bushing: These simple cylindrical tubes are designed to handle radial loads and reduce vibration in rotating shafts.

• Flanged Bearings: Similar to sleeve bearings but with a "collar" or flange at one end, allowing them to support both radial and axial (thrust) loads while preventing lateral movement.

• Thrust Bearings (Washers): Flat, disc-shaped components used to manage axial loads and reduce wear in rotating assemblies.

• Spherical Bearings: Designed to accommodate shaft misalignment in pivoting mechanisms and linkages.
