Product Overview

C45 hardened steel bushings are manufactured from high carbon steel and through-hardened to a hardness of 56–62 HRC. These bushings require greasing on a daily or, at most, weekly basis. Each hardened steel bushing is designed to customer specifications with a variety of internal groove configurations that promote lubricant distribution and help remove abrasive particles. Flanged bushings and washers can also be produced using the same technology.
