PVB020Y Steel Back POM Lined Boudary Lubricating Composite Plain Bushing
PVB020Y POM lined sliding bearing is a made of steel back sintered bronze with POM coating. This type boudnary lubricating bushing has same material structure with other DX bushing.It is a low-maintenance composite sliding bearing with a POM coating. Primary lubrication is necessary. Oil or grease lubrication is possible. Because of lubrication pockets lubrication clearances are reduced to a min. This type of DX bearing is also called boundary lubricating bearing,DX bearing,SF-2 oilless bearing,PAP P20 composite plain bearing and dry bushes.
1. POM 0.3~0.5mm.
2. Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm.
3. Steel backing 0.4~2.2mm.
4. Copper plating 0.008mm.
