Product Overview

40Cr hardened steel bushings are manufactured from high carbon steel and thru-hardened to 56–62 HRC. These hardened steel bushings require greasing daily or, at maximum, weekly. Each bushing is designed to customer requirements with a variety of internal groove configurations that provide effective lubricant distribution and help remove abrasive particles. Flanged bushings and washers can be produced using the same technology.
