PVB020X metal ploymer composite plain bearing is made of steel back as back layer, Sintered bronze powder and POM coated. This type sliding bearing has similar material structure with DX bushing.It's also called DX bushing, POM based self lubricating bearing,POZ composite plain bearing,dry sliding bearing and SF-2 oilless bearing, PAP P20 composite plain bearing.
1. POM with lead 0.3~0.5mm.
2. Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm.
3. Steel backing 0.4~2.2mm.
4. Copper plating 0.008mm or tin plating
Standard cylindrical DX bushing, DX thrust washers and DX strips are available.
