JDB-60 Bronze with graphite ring filled oilless bearing is made of centrifugal casting high strength brass with graphite ring. This type of self-lubricating bearing is widely used in mould industry. It's also called Headed guide bush, #500 oilless bearing, brass oilless bearing, copper sliding bushing, solid lubricant filled sliding bearing, 500 oilless guide bushing and graphite filled bearing.

• Shaft Material: Hardened steel, surface roughness < Rz 6.3
• Shaft: Mounting bevel, 5 mm x 15°, edges rounded
• Force fitting mandrel: The application of an adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable. Grease lubrication of the outer surface may be necessary when mounting.
